[(Roll diameter²) - (Core Diameter²)] x Roll Width x Factor  =  APPROX. ROLL WEIGHT

Example

Calculate the weight of a roll of 50# Offset, that is 35" wide, has a 40" diameter, and is wound on a 3" core.

[(40 x 40) - (3 x 3)] x 35 x .022 = 1,225.07 lbs.
